45 Players 3.50 $ Super Turbo No Limit Holdem

Hi every one, "Moien" ( means "Hi" in Luxembourgish ;-)),

This is something a little bit different, for once I play a 45 players Super Turbo CrapShoot =) for 3.5 $ +rake. I hope you like the Video, I played this Tournament 3 hours ago and I right away made a video from it. There are a couple of very interesting spots, due to the speed of the blind structure and the agressiveness of the players !

Video 1 >> Video 2 >> Video 3 >> Video 4 >> Video 5 >> Video 6 >> Video 7 >>

By he way KK was not my first big hand ;-) hihi, please apologize for the confusion, in the middle stage of the tournaments there is a few hands missing, but just a few, not a big deal.

Please post comments ! ;-P

POKER ONLINE is not Online Poker !

POKER ONLINE has nothing to do with Online Poker, see for yourself:

What I find so cool about this is that my brother and me actually had the idea to create a system like this, but in a way more simplified version, to get financial backing and to finally get it built by engineers. Quite some time ago, I have done sketches of a similar system, that would physically shuffle cards, instead of using an RNG, there is nothing better than the real shuffling of a deck, and this is the opinion of many people out there.

See my sketches here:

Unbelievable Streak of Wins in Poker and New 2$ FullTilt 180 players MTT Videos

Hi, Ladies and Gentlemen,

I recently played a bunch of Sit and Go's at FullTiltPoker and one at PKR, where I just played a few Freerolls in which you can win I think something like 6 cents for first place and 4 cents for second(LOL), not a lot of reward for the pain, but those are a nice way to play for free with the possibility to win a few bucks and get used to the site a bit... btw, watch out for a beautiful Lady with the name "AcidManLie", which is the Anagram for DanielCima, on the left is her picture. ;-)

Be careful, she flirts a lot ;-D

So back to the recent streak of very good results I had in a couple of Sit and Goes and Tournaments, both Live and Online. I am not saying I made a lot of money, I did not, but it's always nice to be first in what you do.

Here the detail:

I also recorded videos of a 180 player tournament in which I try to explain my thoughts on how I played, judge for yourself. Please apologize the fact that I was not aware at the time I explained my play that we were already on the final table (LOL@me), but I go back and show every hand were a player busts in detail, so you are not going to miss out on anything. And I promise, I was patient heads-up.

I really hope you take a look at the videos, and enjoy.

Thank you,

Daniel (Butz)

Governor of Poker :-) funny Game !

Hey, folks,

Siamak, a guy from my work mentioned there was a nice Poker Game online where you could win a whole town and much more, so without hesitation I wanted to know what was up with this rumour, I went to the site www.jeux.com and I found the game Governor of Poker, I played it a little bit and I must say I really liked it. I, BananaJoe, won the town of Saba, in a couple of Saloon Tournaments, I made some folks steam, busted others and in the end it was all mine, even the horse, ;-) my name is BananaJoe.

Try it, it's worth it.

Here some thumbnails.

Hands up !

New Video analysing a 1 $ Full Tilt Massive MTT and simultaenously playing Live a 1 $ Pokerstars 45 player Tournament, taking second place.

Hi Girls and Boys,

I just uploaded a new Video of a Tournament on Full Tilt I played some time ago, but it helps to analyse your game in retrospect, at the same time I am playing live a 1 $ Pokerstars 45 player Tournament where I take down second place, could have made first but, I lost patience I guess, but I am not sure about it, judge for yourself and let me know what you think.

Here are the videos, sorry about the 6 parts, but I can only upload 9,59 minute videos onto youtube, but it's worth watch... I hope ;-P.

Thank you. Daniel aka Butz.

First Poker Video - Analysing Your Own Play is not easy !

Hi girls and boys,

I finally managed to record an MTT tournament that I played a couple of weeks ago, it was a 5$ entry ticket and I used Popopop's Universal Replayer to replay the the Tournament from the Hand History, here is the link http://www.universal-replayer.net/. It's nice piece of software, that is compatible with the handhistories of most major online Poker Sites. Here s screenshot of the Players Main Window.

Regarding the Video, I hope you will like it, I hope you accept my apology for the many mistakes I made in English, and also for the sometimes wrong odds I came up with, but it's very difficult to analyse your own game, comment on it in another Language, that is not your mother Language, also, I did not prepare for the commenting, it was all improvised from what I recalled of the tournament (not much :-) hihi) and from how the hands developed in front of me and from how I thaught I would normally decide on the next street or action.

Do not hesitate to comment (every critique is welcome) or to post your blog adress here, so that I will also be able to take a look at what you have to share, looking forward to reading your comments.

Here are the 5 Videos of about 10 minutes each :

Thank you. Butz.

Mini Recap - Luxembourg Poker Association - Team-Cup Series 2009

This is a small recapitulation and how it went for our Team at the LPA http://www.lpa.lu/
"Team-Cup Series" Luxembourg Championship - Heat 1
on Saturday 7th of November 2009 in the village of Beckerich, not far from my home. Luxembourg is so small, nothing seems to be far from my home :-)

While I write this I am playing a 5$ 114 entries No Limit Holdem Tournament on Ultimate Bet, my nickname over there is "Bananasoup". (Oops have just been disposed off with KK by the sword of a two pair + open-ended straight-draw) Writing a post for your blog while you play Poker is definitely a bad idea ;-)

Anyway...
back to Team-Cup.

As we (Naho, Tet and me) were walking towards the entry of a nearby Shopping center called Topaze (Mersch) I fell over a guy with whom I sometimes play cards in a Café named Kotton Club in Mersch. I also have seen him at a few Tournaments I went to. Now guess what were talking about after a few moments, exactly, not about the weather ;-), he told me something about a Tourney he wanted to play in a couple of weeks, and that he still needed a player in order to subscribe as a team of four. There apparently were 32 Teams of 4 players (128 players). I told him I would love to play, even though I did not know any of the other guys in the team.

On 7th of November we got the cards in the air. There were 2 heats to be played on the same day, one would last about 4 hours. All teams were randomly dispersed on 15 tables. My first table was quite lose, so I tried to not get involved too much in the beginning and was mostly waiting for decent hands in position to play, from time to time I limp-called min- or small raises from late position, as we were quite deep in chips in the beginning, 5000 chips and 25-50 blinds, this structure gives you room for quite some play.

My session went quite smoothly and I managed to slowly build up my stack, I also was kind of lucky in the right spots as there were 5-6 players left, I picked up quad 8's and quad Aces and got paid with both. As the blinds went up fast towards the end of the first heat I started to turn up the aggression and was chip leader for quite some time, but I could not manage to keep my stack as the other 3 remaining players turned up the heat a lot, and I could not find any proper spots to steal or to re-steal. I also had no playable cards for about an hour, so I lost a big part of my stack and was not able to do a lot until I finally got Queens while I was the shortest stack on the table after another player busted, in this situation being short on chips, my goal was to get it all in versus only one of my opponents, which I managed to do, he went all in after a raise and a re raise pref lop, I called, he flipped over 22 and caught a 2 on the river. That's ok with me, as long as I am way ahead pre-flop, you cannot be angry if someone sucks out on you on the river, that's just poker. So in the first heat I managed to get a 3rd place (6 points).

The second heat went even better, I got way less good hands, but was able to build my stack continuously. I will not go into more detail, all I can say is that heads up play was very aggressive, our chip stacks were even and I got an Ace 3 times in a row, each time I went all in over the top of his raise, he never called, after an endless session of "all in or fold" from both of us, I felt like he lost patience, I could see the grim look on his face after each of my words "I'm all in", I was sure he would call me with any good hand he would catch, very soon. The final hand was an "All in" which I snap-called, he showed A8off, I flipped over A10 of spades, this time my opponent did not manage to catch and I went for the 10 points.

When the final results were announced late in the evening, I guess it was 11 pm, my team almost squeezed me to death, :-) the Team Captain's sentence was so true, if I would have been only second in the last tournament of the event, we would not have been first of the leader board :-) (lol, it took so long, we were the last 2 players battling it out)

Each one of us also won something like 145 €, which is not bad at all. (a little Bankroll Boost is always welcome)

Thanks to the RedBullTeam !!!
